The Patient Pathway Toolkit

The Patient Pathway Toolkit is a free, open-access resource created with and for patient organisations. It provides practical tools to help map the care experience, uncover challenges and transform insights into advocacy action. Whether you are facilitating a workshop or planning a campaign, everything you need to get started is available on this page — including downloadable guides, templates and a ready-to-use Miro board.

It was developed by Patvocates and is hosted by the European Patient Advocacy Institute, with the support of Boehringer Ingelheim (released under the Creative Commons Attribution-ShareAlike 4.0 International Licence – CC BY-SA 4.0).
